Learning Experience Design (LXD) systems, such as Cassava, enable organizations to transcend the limitations of traditional Learning Management Systems (LMS) and deliver workplace training via channels that are more aligned with today's increasingly hybrid and remote work environments without compromising compliance and regulatory standards. This workflow utilizes a Learning Resource Store (LRS) to capture engagement activities that occur outside the LMS. Is it just me, or are there a lot of three-letter acronyms in this space? Let us explore how all of these systems come together in Cassava.
